And thank you for the work you do. Leadership carries weight - and it's our honour to serve those who serve others.
Our team will be in touch shortly. We look forward to welcoming you to Villa Rosa - a sanctuary for leaders.
Villa Rosa operates as part of The Nalini Tranquim Foundation. Every retreat contributes directly to harm-prevention initiatives across Australia and beyond.
WHY VILLA ROSA?
Villa Rosa is named in honour of Rosa Tranquim - The beloved mother of Sandro Tranquim and his siblings.
An orphan from Mozambique. A woman of deep faith. A prayer warrior whose life was marked by simplicity, sacrifice, and unshakable intimacy with the Father.
She was the kind of woman who didn't just pray -
She warred in the Spirit.
She didn't have much in the eyes of the world, but in the Kingdom, she was royalty.
Villa Rosa now bears her name, not only to commemorate her life, but to carry forward the fragrance she left behind:
A life poured out. A sanctuary of prayer. A resting place for God's presence.
Villa Rosa is a prophetic declaration.
'Rosa' in Latin means rose - a symbol of beauty birthed through thorns, of fragrance released under pressure, and of love that remains even through suffering.
The name Villa Rosa also echos the Via Dolorosa - the 'way of suffering' walked by Christ. And though this sanctuary is not defined by sorrow, it has been refined by fire. It is a place where beauty has risen from ashes, and joy has come through the weeping.
This is why Villa Rosa exists:
To host His presence.
To be a resting place for those who carry the weight of leadership.
To offer what Rosa carried all her days - peace, prayer, and prophetic oil.
May every guest who walks through these doors leave refreshed, realigned, and well - Just as Saul did after David ministered in the presence of the Lord.
