Human trafficking is not 'way out there.' It's closer than you think and is seeping into our communities at an alarming rate.

We cannot sit idly by in the hopes that the authorities will contain what's happening. They aren't and they can't. We all have a responsibility towards our communities to tend and care for our people just as Jesus would have done if he were to walk in our neighborhoods today.

Oh wait...

Jesus is walking in our neighborhoods today... He's just using you and I to be His Hands and Feet.

I sit down with the Founder and Executive Director of Every Daughter Matters, Ross Nancarrow. We discuss human trafficking, a crisis that is sweeping the globe at an unprecedented scale and is considered the second largest source of illegal income, behind the illegal drug trade.

What do we talk about?

Ross shares what it's like to be on the front line of rescue. Every Daughter Matters was established to intercept vulnerable Nepali girls at risk of human trafficking and to stop the abuse before it begins.

This is a revolutionary approach and Ross paints the scene.

Sadly, Ross also brings to the table the stark reality that human trafficking isn't just found on the border of Nepal and India, but is on our doorsteps in Australia, the United Kingdom, the USA and ALL nations of the world.

The only difference between Ross and anyone else is he has put his hand up. He has said, 'Yes, I'll be Jesus's Hands and Feet.'

May we all ask ourselves 'What can I do personally?' because BANDED TOGETHER, blooming heck. We will be a force of good and a force to be reckoned with at that.
