These references help us verify your leadership experience, character, and alignment with our values, ensuring that each member of our team upholds the highest standards of integrity, accountability, and spiritual maturity.

Guidelines for Selecting References

• At least one reference should be from a past employer or ministry supervisor.

• Ideally, your references are familiar with your leadership and operational abilities.

• References should be people who can speak honestly and confidently about your character, integrity, and capabilities.

3. If your references meet our standards, you will then be invited to complete the formal application form to proceed to the next stage of recruitment.
