There’s something beautiful about women choosing to step away from the noise of everyday life and gather with one another, with open hearts and a shared desire to draw closer to the Lord.
For these next few days, we invite you to slow down, take a breath, and allow yourself to be fully present.
You don’t need to arrive with all the answers. You don’t need to have everything figured out. And you certainly don’t need to be anyone other than the woman God created you to be.
Simply come as you are.
Come expectant. Come hungry for His presence. Come ready to worship, listen, reflect, laugh, connect, and make room for whatever the Holy Spirit may want to do in your heart.
As we gather, let’s be intentional about the atmosphere we create together. Let’s champion one another, celebrate one another’s journeys, and make this a place where every woman feels welcomed, valued, and encouraged to grow.
Some moments may challenge you. Others may bring unexpected clarity, deep rest, or a fresh sense of hope. Give yourself permission to embrace the journey without comparing your experience to anyone else’s.
This is your invitation to draw near, be present, and allow God to meet you right where you are.
We’re believing for a beautiful weekend of worship, revelation, genuine connection, and renewed hearts.

We’ve been prayerfully preparing for this weekend, creating space for us to step away from the busyness of life, gather in His presence, grow together, and make room for those beautiful, personal encounters with the Lord that change everything.
Whether you’ve come feeling expectant, weary, hungry for more, or simply ready to breathe again, you belong here.
So, take a deep breath, bring your whole heart, and come ready for the journey. There’s no pressure to perform, no need to have it all together, and no expectation other than to come as you are and make room for Him.

🗓️ FRIDAY, 13 NOVEMBER

We’ll kick things off with a relaxed welcome supper, giving everyone time to arrive, settle in, meet one another, and begin making those beautiful connections.
Come hungry, come as you are, and get ready to feel right at home. ❤️
7:00–9:00 PM | Opening Gathering 🔥
We’ll come together for an evening of worship, teaching, and spiritual alignment as we turn our hearts towards the Lord and prepare for all that lies ahead.
Let’s leave the distractions of the week behind, lean in, and make room for Him to speak.

🗓️ SATURDAY, 14 NOVEMBER
Encounter • Reflect • Be Refreshed
10:00–4:00 PM | A Day of Impartation & Refreshing

Worship • Teaching • Prayer Ministry
We’ll begin our morning together in worship, the Word, and prayer ministry, making space to encounter the Lord and respond to what He is doing in our hearts.
☕ A little heads-up, girls: Grab your morning coffee before you arrive, because we’re heading straight into the Throne Room! Come ready to worship, listen, receive, and respond.
12:00–2:00 PM | Lunch, Laughter & Connection 🥗
Time to pause, breathe, refuel, and enjoy one another!
This is your opportunity to enjoy some delicious food, explore the grounds, and find a beautiful little spot to sit with a friend or two.
Share stories, have those heart-to-heart conversations, process what you’ve been hearing, and enjoy the gift of simply being together.
Sometimes, the conversations between sessions become just as precious as the sessions themselves. So don’t rush this time. Enjoy it!
2:00–4:00 PM | Afternoon Session 🕊️
Teaching • Impartation • Activation
We’ll gather again for an afternoon of teaching, impartation, and activation - making room for a deeper encounter with the Lord.
Allow yourself to slow down, listen to what the Holy Spirit may be highlighting, and give yourself permission to respond in whatever way you need to.
This is your time with Him. Come with an open heart and allow yourself the space to receive.
4:00–6:00 PM | Your Sacred Pause 🌿
Rest • Refresh • Replenish
Girls, this time is intentionally yours!
After a full afternoon together, we’ll take a couple of hours to head back to our accommodation, put our feet up, and enjoy some well-deserved rest.
You might like to pray, journal, have a little quiet time, or simply do absolutely nothing for a while. If you’d prefer to get out and explore, Werribee has lovely cafés, gorgeous parks, and beautiful river walks to enjoy.
A little practical tip: We encourage you to grab something to eat during this break, as we’ll be gathering again for the evening and serving refreshments and light nibbles at the close.
Rest isn’t wasted time, precious ones. Give yourself permission to be refreshed. ❤️
7:00–10:00 PM | Evening Gathering & Celebration ✨
Our final gathering of the weekend!
We’ll come together again for a special evening as we continue to make room for what God wants to do among us. We’ll finish our time together with celebratory refreshments and light nibbles, giving us an opportunity to linger, connect, share, and enjoy one another’s company.
Come ready to lean in, celebrate, and soak up every moment of our final evening together.

🗓️ SUNDAY, 15 NOVEMBER
Worship • Connect • Carry It Forward
9:00 AM | Optional Sunday Church Gathering ⛪
As we bring our retreat weekend to a close, we’d love to encourage you to connect with your own local church on Sunday morning, wherever possible.
If you’re staying in Melbourne and would enjoy worshipping together, you’re also warmly invited to join us at Planetshakers Church for the 9:30 AM service.
We encourage you to arrive at 8:30 AM. Grab yourself a coffee at Ciel with your girlfriends, join us for morning prayer in the main auditorium at 9:00 AM and grab your seat. Then soak up every minute of the service and seal in your heart all that the Lord has done throughout the weekend in you.
What a beautiful opportunity to finish the weekend in worship and carry the encouragement, fresh perspective, and everything you’ve received into the days ahead.
🕊️ AS YOU CARRY IT FORWARD
The weekend may end, but the journey continues.
Precious ones, as we come to the close of our time together, we hope you leave feeling encouraged, strengthened, and reminded of the beautiful invitation we each have to keep growing in our relationship with the Lord.
Perhaps you’ve received fresh revelation. Perhaps something has shifted in your heart, a truth has become clearer, or you’ve found the courage to face something you’ve been carrying for a long time. Perhaps the greatest gift has simply been the opportunity to pause, breathe, and remember what matters most.
Whatever these days have held for you, don’t rush past what God has been stirring within you.
Take time to reflect. Write down what you want to remember. Pray over the things that have touched your heart, and ask the Holy Spirit to help you discern what it looks like to carry them into your everyday life.
Because transformation isn’t measured by what we experience in a single weekend, but by how we continue to respond to the Lord in the days, months, and seasons that follow.
As you look towards the year ahead, resist the temptation to fill every moment with activity before you’ve made room for what matters most.
Make room for His presence.
Make room for His Word.
Make room for rest and renewal.
Make room for the people He has placed around you.
And make room for the courage to take your next step, even when the whole journey isn’t yet clear.
You don’t have to do everything at once. Just be faithful with the next thing.
And remember, you were never meant to walk this journey alone.
Keep reaching out. Keep building meaningful friendships. Keep championing the women around you, celebrating their victories, praying through their challenges, and reminding one another of the truth when life becomes noisy.
May we be women who don’t simply gather in His presence, but carry His love into our homes, our churches, our workplaces, our communities, and every space He entrusts to us.
May the coming year find us more deeply rooted in His truth, more attentive to His voice, more courageous in our obedience, and more generous in the way we love one another.
And when the busyness of life returns, as it inevitably will, may you remember what it felt like to pause, to listen, to worship, and to make room.
Carry the truth. Steward the growth. Champion one another. And keep making room for Jesus.
Thank you for being part of this beautiful collective. Your presence has mattered, your journey matters, and there is still so much ahead.
We leave this weekend as sisters, encouraged in our faith and committed to the journey—not because we have everything figured out, but because we know the One who leads us.
Here’s to the season ahead, to the women we’re becoming, and to all that God will continue to do in and through us.
